A true gem in the heart of Charleston!! The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and respectful. We have been coming to Taste of India for years, and it is our favorite Indian restaurant.

Consistently great Indian food. My girlfriend loves this place as they serve some dishes that remind her of her time in Southern India where the food is a little spicier. The young man waiter is excellent and can answer any question you have about the menu. I love the Mixed Tandoori!! Had it the first time at a Sunday buffet. Go on a Sunday and try lots of things to find your favorite. I have also tried Nirlep, Bollywood, and Bombay. This is far and away my number 1.Philip B; Summerville, SC

These guys do it right. We live in mt pleasant so it's very hard to get Indian food over here and we order it through quickfoxes almost twice a week. I am so glad you're here because the people on the other side of the street don't do it as good. Keep up the great food.Jason F; Charleston, SC

I wish I had checked out Taste of India sooner! I have never had a less than great experience with them. Their food always tastes amazing, the staff is friendly and attentive, and they are so much less expensive than Nirlep! My favorite dish is the Vegetable Jalfrezi, although everything I've had there is good. Taste of India has great tasting, healthy food for a very fair price. If you haven't checked them out, try the lunch buffet!Laura L; Charleston, SC
